What our guests say about ChiMi
The best part of hosting is reading a new review. We gathered a few of them here, in the guests own words, with nothing edited out.
The best moment of hosting is opening your phone and finding a new review. Not because of the score, but because it tells you the day went the way you hoped.
Here are a few of the notes guests have left us on Google, in their own words.
In our guests words
The room was clean and tidy, fully stocked with daily essentials, it felt like home, and the host was friendly and helpful.
We really enjoyed staying at The CHIMI. The host is friendly and supportive. The room is clean and comfortable, not far from the airport or the city centre. Lovely neighbourhood with two coffee shops on the corner. I highly recommend it and hope every guest treats it like their own home.
One piece of feedback we kept
Not every review is pure praise, and we think that is how it should be. One guest arrived a day later than booked because of a delayed flight, and found the door locked.
I got a reply within 10 minutes and the door was unlocked so I could get in. Overall the place is very clean and perfect for a relaxing stay. Since it is close to the airport, people on late flights might hesitate about arriving in the middle of the night, but I think it is perfect for exactly that. I will definitely come back.
We kept this one because it makes an important point: ChiMi is a homestay, not a hotel with a front desk staffed around the clock. The door uses a keypad code, and every guest receives their code before arrival. If your plans shift or you land at an odd hour, message us and someone will always answer.
Thank you
Thank you for choosing ChiMi among all the options out there. If you felt comfortable, warm and genuinely relaxed here, that is all we were hoping for.
