Check-in and check-out

Guest requirements
| Identification | All guests must present valid ID (passport or ID card) |
| Base occupancy | 2 guests included in room rate |
| Maximum capacity | 4 guests per room (maximum) |
| Additional guests | 100,000 VND per person per night (3rd and 4th guest) |
| Registration | Guest count must match booking registration |
House rules
| Prohibited activities | No drugs, gambling, or illegal activities |
| Quiet hours | After 10:00 PM - no loud music |
| Pets | No pets allowed - We have delicate furnishings and decor that could be damaged by pets climbing or jumping |
| Door usage | Please close doors carefully when entering or exiting |
Booking changes and cancellations
| Full payment bookings | Changes allowed with 72 hours advance notice |
| 30% deposit bookings | No booking changes permitted |
| Contact us | Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes |
Extended stay
| Advance notice | Please contact us 1-2 hours in advance |
| Confirmation | We will check room availability and confirm if extension is possible |
Parking and transportation
| Motorcycle parking | Free parking inside property (maximum 5-6 motorcycles, one per room). Additional motorcycles can be parked nearby for 50,000 VND per day - please inform us in advance. |
| Car parking | 24/7 valet parking service - Our staff will park your car in our secure parking area |
| Car parking fees | Overnight: 100,000 VND | Daytime parking session: 50,000 VND (per entry/exit) |
| Airport transportation | ChiMi provides airport drop-off service using our own vehicle to ensure you arrive on time - 100,000 VND |
Cleaning and facilities
| Kitchen facilities | Available for guest use |
| Kitchen usage | Please clean and return all kitchen items to their original places after use |
| Room cleaning fee | 200,000-500,000 VND may apply if room is left excessively dirty |
| Kitchen cleaning fee | 200,000-500,000 VND if kitchen items are not washed and returned |
