Door pass delivery	Access code will be sent to your phone 1-2 hours before check-in time
Door pass validity	Only valid during your booked time period
Important note	Please check in on time as early check-in may not be possible

Guest requirements

Identification	All guests must present valid ID (passport or ID card)
Base occupancy	2 adults included in room rate
Maximum capacity	Up to 2 adults and 2 children per room
Additional guests	Children aged 10 and under stay free; children over 10 are 100,000 VND per child per night
Registration	Guest count must match booking registration

House rules

Prohibited activities	No drugs, gambling, or illegal activities
Quiet hours	After 10:00 PM, no loud music
Pets	No pets allowed. We have delicate furnishings and decor that could be damaged by pets climbing or jumping
Door usage	Please close doors carefully when entering or exiting

Booking and deposit

Hourly packages	Pay 100% of the room price in advance to secure the room
Overnight and longer	Pay a 50% deposit; the balance is paid at check-in
Holding your room	ChiMi holds the room for 1 hour (hourly packages) or 2 hours (overnight and longer) from the time of booking. If no payment is received in that time, the booking is cancelled automatically so the room can be offered to other guests
Extended stay	ChiMi will quote the price and deposit separately by phone

Cancellation and refunds

100% refund	Applies to bookings made on our website when both conditions are met: you cancel within 24 hours of booking and at least 24 hours before check-in (overnight and longer); 2 hours and 2 hours for hourly packages
No refund	If either condition is not met, the amount paid is not refundable
How to cancel	Please contact ChiMi by phone at 0936 300 638 or Zalo 0909 669 983. Our website has no self-cancel button
Bookings via travel platforms	Bookings made through Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb and similar platforms follow the platform's own cancellation policy

Extended stay

Advance notice	Please contact us 1-2 hours in advance
Confirmation	We will check room availability and confirm if extension is possible

Parking and transportation

Motorcycle parking	Free parking inside property (maximum 5-6 motorcycles, one per room). Additional motorcycles can be parked nearby for 50,000 VND per day, please inform us in advance.
Car parking	24/7 valet parking service. Our staff will park your car in our secure parking area
Car parking fees	Daytime (8 AM-6 PM): 150,000 VND per session \| Evening and overnight (6 PM-8 AM): 250,000 VND per session
Airport transportation	ChiMi provides airport drop-off service using our own vehicle to ensure you arrive on time, 100,000 VND

Cleaning and facilities

Kitchen facilities	Available for guest use
Kitchen usage	Please clean and return all kitchen items to their original places after use
Room cleaning fee	200,000-500,000 VND may apply if room is left excessively dirty
Kitchen cleaning fee	200,000-500,000 VND if kitchen items are not washed and returned
