Hello, I'm Sam, owner of a classic café in Vietnam. I love connecting with kind international guests and sharing laughter, comfort, and a sense of belonging.
I've poured care into every corner of my home, hoping you'll feel its warmth and peace. Discover hidden gems, local flavors, and a piece of Vietnam that will stay with you long after your journey.

Welcome to ChiMi Homestay & Coffee - your home away from home in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.
Both of us are from Vietnam but have had the opportunity to connect with international friends through our work and travels. My background includes training abroad with Land Rover, where I stayed at a homestay run by a wonderful couple. They decorated their home with care, welcomed guests warmly, and shared meals together. That experience inspired me to one day create a similar space - a relaxed, welcoming home for travelers.
Over the years, I've collected clocks, memorabilia, and pieces from different cultures, especially from the UK. I've always loved the combination of Eastern elegance and Vietnamese heritage with Western modern comfort. ChiMi was born from this passion - a place where these worlds come together.
Each room at ChiMi has been thoughtfully designed to blend the refined beauty of Asian aesthetics with contemporary conveniences. From vintage furniture to carefully chosen decor, every detail reflects our journey and the cultures we've encountered.
And of course, no stay is complete without great coffee. At ChiMi, we serve Vietnamese coffee made with love, perfect for those early mornings or lazy afternoons when you just want to sit back, relax, and soak in the atmosphere.
